How do you recognize an active conflict?

Noua medicina germana - Dr. Hamer - Noile legi biologice

Here's how you recognize an active "ongoing" conflict. You don't have to have all the symptoms...

From my experience: the other day I had to drive a stretch of road. I drive well, I used to like it, but I haven't driven for a few years and the current traffic is killing me mentally. I knew the night before that I would be the one "on the phone" the next day.

I slept badly. The first symptom. I woke up about 2 times and had a hard time falling asleep again.

In the morning: very cold hands. The second symptom.

Then I had a stomach ache, a bout of diarrhea right after waking up, then nausea. Symptoms three and four.

Then, lack of appetite even though I usually eat well in the morning. Symptom 5.

General bad mood, a kind of general weakness. Symptom 6.

It kept me up until I got behind the wheel. Then I started walking, focused on walking and along the way they passed. I completely recovered when I got off and calmly climbed back in :)
