A few days ago I was washing the dishes outside. The child was playing in the yard and at one point he came to me in a panic to ask me what it means if his head hurts on the right side. Someone attacked you, I tell him... Let's think about it and of course we'll find the explanation right away.
About 15-20 minutes ago, before I left the house, I shouted at him angrily that he had exceeded the program on his laptop. He is allowed to use the laptop with a program because otherwise he overdoes it and just stares at the screen. He has a table that says the time he started, the time he finished, a session must not exceed 90 minutes, plus a complete break of 3 days.
Now I got busy in the yard and forgot to check on him and he forgot to turn it off and stayed an extra hour. Given the conditions in which we live in the country, with quite a lot of effort and lack of comfort, just so that he can grow up healthy in nature, excessive sitting on the laptop does not make sense. I want to see him outside, running with the puppies and exploring, not staring at the screen for hours, which he could do in the city. I yelled at him, he immediately hung up and went outside to play, but within a few minutes...boom, headache on the right side.
Why right? Because that was the side I was sitting on facing him when I told him to close the laptop urgently and in a harsh tone. He felt attacked by me from the right side.
I explained what was wrong with him, told him to lie down for a few minutes and in about 15 minutes he was fine.
